We are seeking an experienced Litigation Assistant who can hit the ground running and provide exceptional support to a busy two-attorney desk. Requirements & Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive Litigation Assistant support for two attorneys handling insurance defense matters, including calendaring deadlines, court filings, litigation procedures, and trial preparation.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload (30-40 cases per attorney), coordinate deadlines through calendaring systems, prepare legal documents, and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all filings.
  • Utilize strong technical skills with NetDocuments/Worldox, Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, macros, and litigation support software.
  • Bring at least 3 years of civil litigation experience, with insurance defense experience strongly preferred and proven knowledge of court rules, procedures, and trial preparation.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and career stability, with the ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and serve as a trusted Litigation Assistant in a busy trial-focused practice.
